Congratulations to our company on the successful passage of the ETU Aerogel Thermal Insulation Coating through the expert review meeting for expanded application organized by the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau!
On the afternoon of February 27th, 2025, in response to the application submitted by Hunan Liuyi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liuyi New Materials) to the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau for expanding the product application scope, the Xiangtan Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau organized and held a meeting on the promotion and application of Liuyi New Materials' ETU aerogel thermal insulation coating.
Wang Zhiping, Director of the Science, Technology and Survey & Design Management Section of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Wang Kun, Director of the Energy-Saving Service Center, members of the leading group for the pilot application of new building energy-saving materials (products), as well as multiple experts from provincial and municipal levels attended this meeting.
Liuyi New Materials' aerogel thermal insulation coating was applied to multiple pilot projects in 2024, including the overall relocation project of Hunan Geely Automobile Vocational and Technical College. All completed projects have passed energy-saving acceptance inspections, with product performance and effectiveness meeting design requirements and gaining recognition from all parties involved in the projects. Meanwhile, Liuyi New Materials promptly summarized the project construction and acceptance situations to ensure the closed-loop management of the pilot project work.
In addition, in 2024, Liuyi New Materials' aerogel thermal insulation coating was also included in the Green Technology Promotion Catalog (2024 Edition) organized by eight ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission, as well as the Green Technology Promotion Catalog (2024 Edition) issued by the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission. After listening to the overall report from Liuyi New Materials, the participating leaders and experts raised targeted questions and inquiries, which were answered one by one by Liuyi New Materials. The participating leaders and experts expressed affirmation of the aerogel thermal insulation coating system currently applied in the pilot projects by Liuyi New Materials.
Following expert demonstration, the meeting unanimously approved Liuyi New Materials' application for expanding the application scope of its aerogel thermal insulation coating. In the next step, under the supervision and guidance of the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, our company will strictly control product quality and safety, fully promote the application of aerogel thermal insulation coating across the city, and help Xiangtan build into a "dual-carbon" new city.
