    Hunan Liuyi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has collaborated with the aerogel research team from Central South University to develop a new type of aerogel coating for insulation and fire prevention with world-leading standards. This coating can be widely applied in building exterior and interior wall insulation, industrial equipment heat protection, industrial plant insulation, energy conservation, and fire prevention. As a new material product with great development potential, whether it can quickly enter the market is crucial for its development. However, due to the characteristics of this industry, it is difficult to open the market in the short term. Therefore, in October 2023, the company approached the enterprise service center, hoping that the park would support promoting the company and help secure pilot opportunities.

They discovered that this new material had better heat insulation performance compared to many traditional products, lower prices, greater energy conservation and environmental friendliness, and better resistance to aging. This manager assisted the company in successfully connecting with over ten large and medium-sized ongoing industrial and real estate projects in Xiangtan City, and also promoted and concluded many residential wall insulation and waterproofing business projects in the park. 

    At present, this company has taken on a number of insulation and heat preservation-related business for various enterprises. With the assistance of the enterprise service center, it has conducted multiple in-depth negotiations with several enterprises (projects) such as Jiuhua Regional Medical Center. The relevant plans have been recognized by many project parties, and it is expected to achieve supply cooperation and typical pilot projects.
